What is IPTV, and what is Kemo IPTV?
IPTV means television delivered over the internet instead of a cable or satellite connection. Kemo IPTV is a subscription streaming service providing access to global live TV channels and over 100,000 video-on-demand titles from around the world, including live TV from the UK, the US, Europe, the Middle East and beyond, plus films and box sets on demand, in HD, Full HD and 4K over your own internet connection. You watch through a standard IPTV app on devices you already own, with no dish, no box to buy and no engineer visit. Services in this market are run very differently from one another, and what a legitimate IPTV provider looks like sets out the signs worth checking.
What do I get when I order?
You receive your login details by email within minutes: an Xtream Codes server URL with a username and password, plus an M3U link for apps that use playlists. You enter them into an IPTV app on your device and start watching. Nothing is shipped to you.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes on most devices. Install a free player app, enter the login from your welcome email, and the channels load. Roku owners have an extra hurdle, which IPTV on Roku explains. If you get stuck, support will walk you through it live on WhatsApp.
Can I try before I pay?
Yes. The 24-hour IPTV free trial needs no card and includes the same channels and the same on demand library as a paid plan. Request it on the Free Trial page. While the trial runs, how to choose an IPTV provider lists the checks worth making before you pay anyone.
How do I subscribe?
Choose a plan that suits you on the Pricing page and place your order. Once payment is completed with our team, you receive an email with your login details and setup instructions for your device.
Which devices are supported?
Our service works on a wide range of devices, including Smart TVs, Android and iOS devices, Amazon Fire Stick, MAG boxes, and personal computers using a compatible IPTV player.
Money matters
How much does Kemo IPTV cost?
There are three IPTV subscription plans, from $29.99 for three months up to $89.99 for a full year. Every plan carries the same channels at the same quality, so the only difference is how long the term runs and what you pay per month. Full prices and a side-by-side comparison are on the Pricing page. For what the wider market charges, what IPTV actually costs sets out the normal price bands and the ones that are too low to be genuine.
How many devices can I use?
You can install your login on as many devices as you own. Every plan includes one active connection, which means one stream playing at a time. Ask support if you want a second connection for watching in more than one room.
Will my subscription renew automatically?
No. Each plan is a single payment for a fixed term, and there is no contract or lock-in. When your term ends, you choose whether to buy another.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available on the 6 month and 1 year plans. Ask within 2 days of paying and we refund your payment minus a 25% handling fee. The 3 month plan cannot be refunded, so please use the free trial first. Full details are on the Refund Policy page.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept various payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and certain cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed securely to protect your information.
Nuts and bolts
What internet speed do I need?
We recommend at least 15 Mbps for steady Full HD and 25 Mbps or more for 4K. A wired connection to your TV device gives the steadiest results, but good Wi-Fi works well in most homes.
Why would a stream buffer, and how do I fix it?
IPTV buffering is almost always local: Wi-Fi congestion, an overloaded VPN server, or an app cache that needs clearing. Our anti-freeze servers hold streams steady on our side. See the fix-buffering guide on the Blog for a two-minute checklist.
Do you include a TV guide?
Yes. An EPG (electronic TV guide) is included, so you can see what is on now and next across your channels.
Can I use a VPN?
Yes, Kemo IPTV works with major VPNs. Choose a nearby, fast VPN server. A distant or overloaded VPN server is a common cause of buffering.
Are there parental controls?
Yes. Parental controls can be set up within the IPTV player application you use, which lets you restrict access to certain channels or content as needed.
Can I record programmes?
Recording depends on the IPTV player application and device you use. Some apps offer recording features, so please check what your app can do.
Do you offer adult content?
Yes. Adult content is available but is locked by default. You can ask support to enable or disable access.
